Norwatch is an independent news service that conducts critical journalistic investigation of Norwegian businesses in developing countries, examining whether the companies act in accordance with basic human rights, labour rights, and safety and environmental standards. In addition, Norwatch covers issues concerning Norwegian investment and export and import ethics. Norwatch.no has already become an important source of information on Norwegian businesses and investment policy in developing countries. The web page has approximately 15,000 users and more than 170,000 hits a month. In addition, Norwatch issues reports on various topics.
